Belgium main shipping: We use Bpost as our mail service. Delivery within Belgium normally will take 1-2 working days and you can choose for insured - or normal tracked shipping. Insured shipping only allows you to receive the parcel if you provide a signature. We provide full tracking information via e-mail.
Europe shipping: Bpost will deliver you in between 2 and 10 days working regarding the destination (the closer, the faster). You can choose for insured - or normal tracked shipping. Insured shipping only allows you to receive the parcel if you provide a signature. We provide full tracking information via e-mail.
International shipping: Delivery to overseas countries can depend on the local shipping partner. We send our packages using Bpost and the parcel is handed over to the delivery partner once in country of destination. Overseas shipping usually takes 7-14 working days. COVID-19 may impact delivery times.
(For some country's we can offer DHL Express delivery. This Worldwide delivery service takes 1- 4 working days. It’s a bit more expensive but mighty fast. If this option does not appear at checkout please send us a request message so we can offer it to you.)
No VAT on second hand clothes, shoes or accessories.
All countries out of EU are submitted to customs charge. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unfortunately unable to advise the amount of these charges.
We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holiday.
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued only if there has been a serious mistake in the listing information. If this is the case please establish a conversation within 2 days of delivery and we will find a solution!
Colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings, we cannot take returns for color issues.
No return for size or appreciation problem. That is the reason we try to give all possible information. Please make sure that you read all product descriptions/conditions, take a good look at the pictures and check measurements before buying.
Velvet is not responsible for any delay; lost, stolen or damaged orders during shipping. We do everything in our power to get your orders packed nicely and shipped out in a timely manner- once the package enters the postal system, any issues should be taken up directly with your local post office.
